The Klip-n-go deluxe seems to be a big hit with our customers, and 70% of my orders have been for the deluxe. I use one myself for all my boats.

USPS Priority Mail had a big jump in costs this year, so sometimes I will be shipping USPS Ground, if the price difference is worth it. Shipping notification emails do not automatically get sent when I'm shipping USPS Ground, and if you are concerned about the status of your order, please send me an email from the Contact us page

A group of us visited the Ozark National Scenic Riverway last October, and spent a week paddling on the beautiful Current and Jack's Fork rivers. It was breathtaking paddling through the sapphire blue waters, and viewing the incredible scenery.

I bought a Northstar Northwind solo canoe last year at Canoecopia, and was thrilled to find out that my klip-n-go kayak straps works excellently for portaging it!

This year at Canoecopia, I tried it on some other solo canoes, and am happy to report that it also works on Swift and Wenonah solo's, but will not work on the Mad River and Serenade canoes.

I am excited to announce the partnering  of our signature klip-n-go kayak strap with the Domke 725-310 U.S. Post Office Shoulder Pad as the klip-n-go deluxe!

Klip-n-go owners with heavier kayaks and some of our smaller paddlers sometimes had difficulty with the strap pinching into their shoulder\neck area.

The Domke 725-310 U.S. Post Office Shoulder Pad helps prevent these issues. It's beveled flexible design allows it to rest more comfortably on your shoulder, and the thick contoured foam pad provides added comfort and stability.

For those of you who already own a klip-n-go kayak strap, I am also selling the Domke 725-310 U.S. Post Office Shoulder Pads separately.

In addition, I will replace any torn or damaged clip pads for ...

Hey again from the northwoods.

The snow and frost are both still pretty deep up here in northcentral Wisconsin, after one of the coldest and snowiest winters I can remember. The good thing is that means high water levels for spring and summer paddling! Bring on the thaw.

We're grateful to be starting our fourth season selling out klip-n-go kayak strap, with sales approaching 1500 including every state in the country, great interest in Canada, and over 30 countries worldwide.

I had a fabulous trip last summer across the northwest to the tip of Washington, then down the Oregon coast and through the beautiful mountains and forests of northern California and finishing up at my sister's in Tuscon, AZ. (I got some funny ...

Hey again from the northwoods.

Finally got out paddling yesterday for the first time this spring. It's been a long, snowy winter up here in northern Wisconsin and I'm ready for some warmer weather.

I'm planning on fulfilling a life-long dream this summer by taking my truck, kayak, and bike on a road-trip across the northwest, down the pacific coast then back to Wisconsin via Arizona. I will be touring for seven weeks, camping, paddling, hiking and biking along the way

Tammy will be joining me for the first 9 days, through the breathtaking South Dakota Badlands and Black Hills, then up to Yellowstone. I'm planning to hit many of the national parks along the way, including Glacier, Yosemite and the Grand Canyon.

Hey again from the northwoods. I was out cross-country skiing today, and saw some open water on the Plover and figured I better start getting ready for the new season. It's our third year selling our klip-n-go kayak straps and we should top the 1000 mark this year.

I have put together a PowerPoint presentation on our klip-n-go kayak straps, so if any of you vendors out there are looking for some more information, send me an email on our Contact Us page and I'll send you a copy. While I was putting it together, and going over our email correspondence from customers and vendors I came across the following encouraging words that I wanted to share with you.

‘…one of those simple and functional “why didn’t I think of that” ...

Hey again from the northwoods. Sorry I haven't gotten back to you for a while, but it's been a busy spring. I'm moving operations to Stevens Point where I get to spend a lot more time paddling on my favorite rivers in central Wisconsin. There's a big northern I have a date with on the Plover River......

Hey again from the northwoods. Hope you all had a great off-season. We had a wonderful trip touring the Great Smokey and Blue Ridge mountains. The scenery was incredible as were the beautiful rivers we discovered.

We're looking forward to a great 2012 season. We are closing in on 700 klip-n-go kayak straps sold, most of them directly from this site, and want to thank everyone for their support and great feedback.

Our next event will be the Wisconsin Sport Show in Eau Claire on March 17th and 18th. We are skipping Canoecopia this year due to the high costs, but are looking forward to demonstrating our strap to all the outdoorsman and paddlers over in the beautiful northwestern part of the state. Hope to see all of you ...
